Across South Africa, including all major metros and outlying areas.
How much is delivery?
Standard Tracked Delivery is a flat R129 to any address in South Africa. It is added as a separate line at checkout, so you see it in your order total before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Every order is tracked. We would rather give an honest estimate than a promise we cannot keep.
How will I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What payment methods are available?
Checkout is powered by Payfast, a South African payment gateway. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, Instant EFT, Zapper, mobicred or Payflex.
What is the device warranty?
All DefinedGlow devices carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for detail.
Are DefinedGlow devices medical devices?
No. They are cosmetic beauty devices, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Who should speak to a healthcare professional first?
If you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, have epilepsy, are undergoing skin treatment, or have a skin condition affecting the treatment area, speak to your doctor before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
