Refund policy

We want you to love your DefinedGlow glow routine. This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

30-day returns. If you change your mind, you may return any unused product in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened eye masks, used pillowcases, or used cleansing brushes/wands unless faulty. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.

Faulty or damaged items. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including delivery — at no cost to you. Under the CPA you have a 6-month statutory warranty on defective goods; we honour it fully.

12-month device warranty. DefinedGlow electrical devices (LED Facial Therapy Wand, Sonic Cleansing Brush) carry a 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, over and above your CPA rights.

How to start a return. Email us via the contact page with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Thank you for choosing DefinedGlow.
