Shipping policy

Delivery in South Africa. We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa. Please give us a complete, accurate delivery address including suburb and postal code, and a mobile number the courier can reach you on.

Delivery times. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because DefinedGlow products ship from our international fulfilment partners, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from dispatch. Every order is fully tracked, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it's available. Delivery windows are estimates based on our fulfilment partners' averages, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery costs. Standard Tracked Delivery is a flat R129 to any address in South Africa. The delivery charge is added as a separate line at checkout, and your order total shows it before you pay.

Multiple parcels. If your order contains more than one product (for example The 1-2-3 Glow set), items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for split parcels.

Import charges. Our prices are intended to be all-inclusive for South African customers. In the unusual event that a courier requests an import charge on delivery, contact us before paying — we will resolve it.

Delays. Customs inspections or courier congestion can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate, replace or refund. Thank you for shopping with DefinedGlow.
