Shipping policy

Delivery in South Africa. We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because DefinedGlow products ship from our international fulfilment partners, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from dispatch. Every order is fully tracked, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it's available.

Delivery costs. Free tracked delivery on orders over R950. Orders under R950 ship for a flat R85.

Multiple parcels. If your order contains more than one product (for example The 1-2-3 Glow set), items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for split parcels.

Import charges. Our prices are intended to be all-inclusive for South African customers. In the unusual event that a courier requests an import charge on delivery, contact us before paying — we will resolve it.

Delays. Customs inspections or courier congestion can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate, replace or refund. Thank you for shopping with DefinedGlow.
