1. About us. DefinedGlow is a South African online store selling at-home beauty devices and accessories. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Orders. An order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel orders where a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, in which case you receive a full refund. You'll receive email confirmation when your order is placed and when it ships.

3. Cosmetic products, not medical devices. DefinedGlow products are cosmetic beauty tools intended to support the look and feel of skin. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an implanted electronic device, or active skin conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using electrical beauty devices.

4. Safe use. Always read the user guide before use. Do not use devices over the eyelids, on broken skin, or while charging.

5. Delivery, returns and privacy are governed by our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

6. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
